Video represents the part of our custom Drone John that enables navigation indoors. Computer companion is connected to Wi-Fi whereas the rotary lidar is connected to the computer. The lidar rotates at the frequency of 5-7 Gz in order to build a picture of surroundings. The data received from the lidar first transmits to the flight computer and any other device that is connected to the local Wi-Fi. We have configured our computer so that it visualise the data on the monitor. Check the video to see what happens
